A unique photo exhibition on the evolution of food styling in the international culinary scene over the last 50 years. Athinorama food critic Dimitris Antonopoulos, who curates the exhibition, selects iconic dishes that express the different aesthetic approach to serving food by some of the world's top chefs, and the award-winning food photographer Giorgos Drakopoulos photographs them with his lens. From the Nouvelle Cuisine of the 1970s and the edible paintings of the famous Gualtiero Marchesi to the subversive aesthetics of Technomotional - molecular cuisine and the witty naturalism of Scandinavian chefs, passing through the fervor of comfort food, the eye enjoys the most appetizing culinary catwalk that unites gastronomy with fine arts.
