Restaurants, cafes, patisseries, canteens, but also creative spaces focused on RnD, creation and gastronomy which are intertwined with the high aesthetics of design and architecture, have been selected by the team of Thess DW, to open their back doors to the public and present their work.

Dining areas that have an architectural interest, a relationship with design and sustainability are presented in collaboration with the owner-initiator and the respective architects and designers, highlighting the concept of the business and its direct relationship with design from the kitchen area, the packaging, the choice of furniture and utensils, even the staff clothing. The guided tours will be given by the creators themselves and the public has the opportunity to get to know how they work, using modern and traditional methods, to explore their spaces of creation and to understand the production process of their products.
Registration to secure a slot in the guided tours is mandatory for participation.
