Co-creation Workshop, where the participants, working in small groups of 4-5 people, will be invited to create innovative businesses that will provide services and/or products a) for the better interconnection of local products with the tourist market and hotels and b) their effective promotion in international markets. The main objectives of the workshop are for the participants:

• to discover the dimensions and dynamics of the interconnection of agri-food
  with a focus on excellent quality Greek local products and the also important
  quality Greek wine labels with tourism,
• get to know and practice techniques and tools for developing modern
  business ideas and business planning, as well as teamwork
